The organizing committee is pleased to offer delegates partial financial support with priority to those from developing countries.
Grant
- The organizing committee will only be able to provide support for registration fees and accommodation expenses. Delegates will need to cover the full cost of their travel.
- The accommodation to be covered is either a dormitory on the Seoul National University campus or a budget hotel near the campus.
- The dormitory of Seoul National University will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. If the dormitory is fully booked, an alternative budget hotel may be arranged.
Eligibility
The conference will offer partial financial support to a limited number of delegates with priority to those from developing countries. Those who want to apply for the support are requested to register through the online registration system and then submit the application form, a brief CV, and a recommendation letter.
Each applicant is kindly requested to download and fill in the application form below, and then submit the application form to the secretariat via email (regi@statphys25.org) or fax (+82-2-566-6087). A brief CV and a recommendation letter from a reference person are also required. If the applicant is a student, the recommendation letter must be written by his/her supervisor.
The application is valid only when an application form, CV, and recommendation letter are received by Jan. 31, 2013.
Selection notification will be sent out via email by Feb. 15, 2013.
