The Organizing Committee has selected a range of dormitories and hotels in different rate categories for participants of STATPHYS25. The university dormitories and some hotels can be reserved through the STATPHYS25 registration page below. For other hotels, the participants are requested to contact the hotel directly. You may review the options by clicking the tabs below.

Reservations through the Registration Website

We have a few dormitories and hotels in different rate categories for participants of STATPHYS25. In order to secure bookings through the STATPHYS registration site, please click on the icon below.

(1) University Dormitories

Reservations may be made only after the registration fee has been paid in full. As room availability is limited, reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Guidelines for Dormitory Reservations & Rates

• Twin rooms at the dormitory at Seoul National University and Soongsil University Residence Hall will be shared by two participants. The STATPHYS25 Secretariat will assign pairs to the rooms. If you have a specific person you would like to share a dorm room with, please indicate the desired roommate’s name and gender when you make reservations. Co-ed rooms will not be available.
• Twin rooms for Soongsil University Residence Hall shall be occupied by one person who pays the cost of accommodation for two beds.
• Rooms will be assigned at the discretion of the STATPHYS25 Secretariat. Participants may not change rooms after reservations are complete.
