Registration Fee
Participants are advised to register in advance (before February 28, 2013) to receive the early registration discount.

- KRW stands for the Korean currency WON. 1 USD is approximately equivalent to 1,200 KRW.(as of September, 2012)
- Participants applying for the Student discount are requested to submit proof of enrollment or student ID/certificate to verify their status to the Secretariat via email (regi@statphys25.org) or fax (+82-2-566-6087).
- The above registration fees will cover the welcome reception, plenary lectures, poster sessions, parallel sessions, exhibition, and coffee breaks.
- Banquets, excursions, and other meals are not covered by the registration fee.

Please visit the online registration page below.
When you visit the registration page, you will be requested to create an account with an ID and PW. After creating your account, you can select the registration type, choose social programs, submit an abstract, and pay the registration fee. Registration information may be modified at any time through your account.
Note that registration is completed upon paying the registration fee.

Methods of Payment
We accept payment by credit card or wire transfer.
- Credit Cards: VISA, Master JCB are accepted. Please clearly state your credit card billing information.
- Wire transfers should be made to the account below. A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the Secretariat by e-mail (regi@statphys25.org) or fax (+82-2-566-6087).

Registration Confirmation (Receipt)
Automatic email confirmation will be sent to you upon completion of registration by paying the registration fee. You may also download the receipt off "My Page" from the online registration system.
- Please note that the receipt will be downloaded after your payment is confirmed by the Secretariat.
- Special software installation is required in order to view and print out the receipt. Please note that the user's computer may automatically block installing the program in some cases. If an error page appears, please contact the Secretariat. Then we will send you the receipt by email.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation can be asked by e-mail (regi@statphys25.org) or fax (+82-2-566-6087). The organizing committee will refund the registration fee according to the following policy.

Partial Financial Supportmore
The organizing committee is pleased to offer partial financial support to delegates with priority to those from developing countries. The organizing committee will only be able to provide support for registration fees and accommodation expenses. Delegates will need to cover the full cost of their travel.

Policy for Registration and Abstract Submission
The policy of STATPHYS is to accept all abstracts which correspond to a professional contribution in the broad field of Statistical Physics. A review process will decide between an oral contribution and a poster presentation.
In case you need proof of acceptance of your abstract for administrative purposes such as for payment of conference fees, please send us a request statphys25@statphys25.org and we will send you a generic statement. The decision between oral and poster will be announced later(around 15 May, 2013).
